The only line I know of that takes animals is Cunard on the UK/NY route.

Its not practical to take animals touring as they would have to stop on the ship due to local quarantine regulations, if staying in America for a longer period I would think the animals would be quarantined for a set period, you would have to make enquiries on how long beforhand. I'm not sure if ships have kennels, I for one would not like to stay in a cabin that had recently contained animals.
