Neil Down - Answered a Question by wilkinson (28 Aug 07 23:24)

You must let the cruise line know that you are a coeliac, if indeed that is what you are implying, and then many of the lines will ensure that you have a gluten free diet. Some cruise lines will not accept this responsibility because of the chances of ending up with a liability suite. This is a situation which changes, by all accounts, some opting out and others accepting the situation so first decide on a likely cruise then ring and ask about their compliance with your dietary needs. Hope that is helpful, Neil Dow.
