According to my doctor the last time I went about 12 months ago, they said it wasn't necessary, especially as I was eating all my meals on the ship. he did suggest that I check my tetanus was up to date but then that might be because he knows I'm a bit of a clutz and have the odd accident oir 3 or 4.

It is not necessary unless you are going to go ashore in Costa Rica (Malaria tablets)or Devil's Island (Yellow Fever vac) when it would be politic to check further.... Nei.
