Either hire a private van transfer which will be around €200. Or take the Leonardo Exprress train fronm the airport to Roma Termini for €13pp and then take the train to Civitavecchia for €9pp. At Civitavecchia walk 10 mins along the shore front to the port walls and there you will find the free shuttle bus that takes you to the ship.
