A few of us have 'discussed' this recently (about 5 or 6 pages forward)& have all come up with varying ideas/reasons. I have completed mine for a May 2009 cruise, but that cruise is fully booked, so no opportunity for RCI to move/jiggle cabins. Most times about 2 - 3 months ahead is typical.

Your best bet is try it? fill in your details and see if it lets you print your sea pass off,it may not let you until nearer your departure date but it should let you input all your details.best of luck.

Thanks Iwe are going on the same cruise but thought we had to wait until about a week before going, so your info is very useful. Looking forward to a great cruise- were on Brilliance last year and if by most reports are right, Independence is even better that.
