Find Your Cruise
Some cruise company's now ask you to include this when you pay for your holiday so you don't have to bother when on board. Some have indicated they don't like this arrangement as you may get very bad service, well so far 15 cruises and had little to complain about. You can still add to the amount you have contracted to pay by putting in cash with the little envelopes the cruise line supplies, if you feel you have received even better service.
You can either have 6 euros per person per day charged to your onboard account or pay in cash to whom you wish at the end of the cruise. The choice is yours.
You can wave/cancel your gratuity as soon as you board the ship.this is better as you can choose who you want to give tips to at the end of the cruise.you will save a lot of money this way.
Been cruising since 1965 and have NEVER payed up front on tipping and NEVER WILL,but there are a lot of people think its compulsary to pay up front and will, travelled all around the world and i give to crew who do me a service and i know whos getting my tips.SO DONT BE PRESSUREISED.
